Anti-Spam Policy

MailFlow has a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited bulk email (spam). We require that all emails sent through our service be permission-based.
1. What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.
2. What is Prohibited?
- Sending emails to purchased lists or rented lists.
- Sending emails to scraped lists.
- Using false or misleading headers.
- Using deceptive subject lines.
- Failing to include a valid physical postal address.
- Failing to include a working unsubscribe link.
3. Verification
Information regarding your subscriber lists may be verified by MailFlow at any time. We may request proof of opt-in for any list you upload.
4. Enforcement
If we discover that you are sending spam, we will immediately terminate your account without refund. We cooperate with all major ISPs and blacklists to prevent spam.
5. Reporting Spam
If you suspect that MailFlow has been used by someone to send spam, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will investigate the matter.
