Editable-template brief

Create an editable welcome email in the SendMailOS organization I name. First ask me to choose an approved organization if none is specified. Use a white background, navy headings, pale blue section background and one clear button. Include a short brand header, welcome heading, two sentences explaining the value, a three-item getting-started list, one CTA and a sender/footer area. Use only labelled example copy until I provide the real brand, destination URL and sender details. Keep rows, columns, headings, text and button blocks editable, and stack on mobile. Save it as Welcome starter draft. Do not publish or send it.

Editable-template brief

Create an editable product-announcement email in the SendMailOS organization I name. First ask me to choose an approved organization if none is specified. Use ivory, charcoal and a muted blue CTA. Include a brand header, release headline, one image placeholder, three benefits as stacked-on-mobile blocks, one CTA, and sender/footer text. Do not invent testimonials, discounts, customers or performance claims. Ask for the actual product image and destination URL before finalizing them. Use labelled example copy in the meantime. Keep every block editable. Save as Product announcement draft. Do not publish or send it.

Editable-template brief

Create an editable newsletter digest in the SendMailOS organization I name. First ask me to choose an approved organization if none is specified. Use navy, white and pale blue. Include a compact brand header, digest title and issue/date placeholder, three story rows with heading and summary, a single main CTA, and sender/footer area. Use labelled example text and example.test URLs until I provide the real issue content, website and sender details. Keep it readable without images, stack any columns on mobile, and keep rows and blocks editable. Save as Weekly digest draft. Do not publish or send it.

Use a brief in Template Studio

Connect. Add the documented remote MCP endpoint in a compatible assistant and approve the organizations and permissions you want to use.
Choose. Copy a brief above, name your approved organization and supply your real brand, copy and CTA destination. The assistant can create structured rows, columns and blocks.
Review. Open the draft in the visual editor. Replace all example content, inspect the mobile layout and test your links and sender/footer details before using the template in a campaign.

Connect the configured workflow webhook from your backend and test one authorized request. Store the real resource URL and do not collect permission solely from an unverified browser event.

These presets are starting points. Configure and test them in your own organization before activation. Saved workflow, execution and step limits apply separately.

Before your first campaign

Use real sender information, working links and a clear subscription context. Check image alternatives and the mobile layout. Send a test only to mailboxes you control, confirm the final result, and review the selected audience before launch.

A generated template remains editable. Template MCP manages templates and approved read tools; it does not launch campaigns or change workflows.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Does Copy this brief install a template in my account?

No. It copies instructions for your connected MCP assistant. Choose the approved organization, provide your real content and ask the assistant to create the draft. Then review it in the visual editor.

Are the example designs customer campaigns?

No. The previews are design illustrations with example copy. They do not show customer results, testimonials or installed account templates.

Can I edit an AI-created template afterward?

Yes. Template Studio saves structured rows, columns and blocks used by the visual editor. You can continue editing supported elements in SendMailOS.

Do the workflow recipes activate automatically?

No. Choose the named preset in the workflow editor, configure its trigger and content, test it with controlled data, and activate only after reviewing the result. Do not assume bulk CSV imports enroll subscribers in a welcome workflow.
