SENDMAILOS · INTERNATIONAL GUIDES

Build an Asia campaign plan around the actual audience.

Separate seasonal planning, data handling and language QA. These guides give each task a practical brief rather than treating Asia as a single campaign segment.

Start with the campaign, not a continental mailing list

An audience in Asia can include several languages, calendars, time zones and reasons for receiving a message. Choose the recipient group and business purpose first. A customer announcement, product receipt and seasonal promotion may use different content, review owners and sending decisions even when they share a brand.

Write one short launch brief before building variants: who expects this message, why it is being sent, what the recipient should do, and which page should open. Keep the original language and destination details visible so that a translated template does not silently change the offer.

Keep timing decisions explicit

A relative calendar is useful when campaign dates or internal deadlines can change. Start with a date verified by your team, then assign content approval, test delivery, audience freeze and release review around it. If a campaign covers multiple time zones, prepare a separate schedule decision for each audience instead of assuming a single continent-wide sending hour.

Seasonal examples are planning prompts, not claims that all people in a country observe the same event. Use your own audience knowledge and first-party performance evidence to choose an occasion. Keep a plain evergreen version ready when the seasonal reference is irrelevant.

Review language in the complete email

Check the subject, preheader, sender identity, image text, buttons and landing page together. Use a reviewer who understands the target audience and can evaluate the full offer, not only literal translation. Test the actual message in the clients important to your audience, including narrow screens and messages with images unavailable.

The Japanese guide includes an illustrative review structure; it is not presented as native editorial approval. For every language, record who signed off, what version they reviewed and which uncertainties remain. This makes the handoff useful when the campaign is revised later.

Separate route choice from permission and reach

Hosted sending uses the monthly hosted allowance. Own-server sending is available from €12/month, with no monthly platform email quota for messages actually sent through that connected server. The VPS cost is separate, and provider rules, capacity, warm-up, safety checks, fair use and other plan limits apply.

Neither route proves permission to contact an audience or guarantees inbox placement. Keep the sending basis, suppression record and review decision in your own controlled process. Use country-specific primary guidance for the actual data flow and message type rather than assuming one regional legal model.

Questions & answers

Does SendMailOS automatically translate my campaigns for every Asian market?

This guide does not claim an automatic regional translation service. Prepare the language variants you need, review them with qualified people and test the complete recipient journey.

Are the India campaign dates automatically verified?

No. The guide uses a relative planning structure. Your team supplies and verifies the actual event or launch date before scheduling.

Does choosing a VPS location guarantee delivery to a particular country?

No. A server location does not guarantee acceptance or inbox placement. Sending configuration, reputation, provider policies and recipient systems still matter.

Choose the sending route that fits your operations

Use hosted delivery or connect your own sending server. Compare the subscription, hosted allowance and separate server cost before deciding.
